MLS UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS
BS in MLS - 1st Degree (BSMLS)
的 Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science is a four-year degree program. 的 curriculum consists of 3 years of Pre-Clinical Studies and 1 year (3 semesters) of professional clinical education known as the Clinical Year Program. 完整的 77个学分 through Pre-Clinical Studies and 47学分 in the clinical year, which includes a 16-week clinical practica at one of our affiliate hospitals or clinical laboratory sites in the United States.
BS in MLS - 2nd Degree (BSMLS)
This program is designed for individuals who already hold a baccalaureate degree. 完成 Clinical Year Program (3 semesters/ 47 Credits) plus the Pre-Clinical Summer semester (9 - 12 credits) allows post-baccalaureate students to earn a second bachelor’s degree and be eligible to write the national certification examination in order to work as a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist.

的 Affiliate 客人 Student Senior Clinical Year Program is designed for students working towards a degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS) at one of our affiliate colleges or universities. MLS students from Oakwood University, Southern Adventist University, Southwestern Adventist University, Washington Adventist Universtiy can complete their senior year (Clinical year) at Andrews University. 客人 students must complete all required coursework from their home college/university prior to the start of the Clinical Year.
MLS Post Baccalaureate 证书
的 certificate in Medical Laboratory Sciences Program is designed for individuals who already hold a baccalaureate degree and do not want to earn another bachelor’s degree. 完成 Clinical Year Program (3 semesters) plus the pre-clinical summer semester qualifies post-baccalaureate students for eligibility to write the national certification examination. Upon completion of the Clinical Year Program (47 credits), students earn a certificate in Medical Laboratory Sciences; a degree is not awarded.
